Each high school is only as good as its culture-and building that culture is not only a role for educators, it is every student's and club member's responsibility. You can help make this organization a more supportive and engaging place to be by understanding the perceptual, institutional and cultural processes that impact the way people interact with each other.
Club Description
Research shows that engagement is the key factor that promotes higher performance and effort, greater investment, and lower drop out rates. Yet across high schools, grade levels, and club organizations, we are highly divided. In this club, you will examine the fundamental driver of engagement, explore the components of successful engagement initiatives, and identify strategies for creating stronger engagement in teams. While exploring fun, community-oriented activities to discover the Spanish-speaking world.
